Life is a challenge – it will be the greatest challenge you will ever face! Many times it will bring you to your knees! But… never concede! Never throw in the towel! We want to awaken from the illusion and see a reality that is beyond our comprehension. To let go of our old perceptions about what we believe “ life” should be and encounter a complete psychic change. We are the dreamers and we enter into this conflict of otherworldliness constantly. It is a difficult task to walk with one foot in one world and the other foot in a different dimension. We are constantly being pulled back and forth through a veil of obscurity. How do we learn how to move freely within these two existences without encountering the “ struggle”? Are we to wait for some major epiphany? Or maybe we will acquire enough knowledge that we will learn our way through? It is frustrating to say the least.
The secret lies within yourself to awaken to this connection of power that resides in all things known and unknown. When we realize our “ feelings” are not truthful and what we see is not defined reality we are capable of looking beyond. Look around you right now, what do you see? These things are not separate from you but, connected. We must learn to let go of just observing life and our reality. We must become Creationists and Participants with everything. It is this shift of awareness that opens up a whole new world of possibilities. We are constantly creating our lives and those lives around us are affected through our connection so in fact, we are participating with all things in this act of constant creation. We are either drawing higher energy or lower energy from our connection. It is the energy that we attract that we are drawn to. It is the vibrational energy and sound that we are emitting through our awareness that lifts the veil and let’s us see beyond the minds eye. It is as if there is large spinning revolving doors and it is only according to our vibration as to which door we are attuned with that we can move through. Energy spins within and without our psychic body which is much larger than your physical body. This what some consider their “ sacred space” so many times as referred to. Although, our soul bodies can be affected as well, through sickness, depression, and other lower vibrational problems which can cause our magnetic field to shrink and slow down. Our soul body is our magnetic field, it is comprised not of just what you identify with that you can see of yourself. It is a field of energy that contains the particles of the Universe itself. It is here in this field that we are connected to everything and anything we do affects the field. The field is infinite in distance and time and it is the observer, the creationist and participant. This powerful ancient field acts like a holographic mirror. The mirror reacts without bias or feeling towards everything it reflects. Meaning that the Supreme Power we may call God holds this infinite mirror connected to it reflecting through towards us. Have you ever taken a magnifying glass and put under the sun on a sunny day at just the right angle and watch the power of the light ignite a leaf? It’s our vibration which creates this intensity and many factors can play into this such as prayer, faith, gratitude, generosity, love and this list continues. The more we exhibit our higher consciousness the more we attract the power of this holographic mirror like a magnet in our lives. Much like critical mass takes place within an atom bomb which is powerful energy, so does our energy begin to spin faster, concentrating tighter creating a focused intensity within the field and the mirror will begin to be attracted and by focusing more power of this cosmic Universal field to our field. We become powerhouses of energy! We all have felt the presence of someone’s unique intense energy and walked away being affected by it in a positive manner. The power and strength of their field acting as the creationist and participant revs up your field. This is what happens when we attend motivational talks and retreats. After awhile if we cannot maintain that vibrational level ( which many cannot) because it is only a reaction to someone else’s energy in this field, our energy will return to its baseline if no change has truly occurred within the attendants field.
So let’s break this down into a more edible mindful version to help someone who is having vibrational problems. Let’s assume someone is depressed and experiencing disappointment. We must start out on a conscious level before we can alter our field. So we have two doors in front of this person. One door is leads to the “ I can’t” program class and the other door leads to the “ I can” class. Now there are many factors that can pull ones mind down into losing self confidence and becoming negative. Which leads them to choose the “ I can’t” door. But, if that person gets up everyday and chooses to go through that same door according to how they feel they will obviously end up with the same results. This is where a shift must take place and that shift is choosing to change your mind. Why would you do this? Well because we must come to the intelligent conclusion that if we live our lives making decisions based on our feelings we will never achieve our purpose. Our feelings are not truthful and they behave like unsupervised children most of the time. So with that being said, we have choices to make. We must decide to use our reasoning or intuitive knowledge to change our mind, which changes our perception to choose another option. That option would be the “ I can” door because we know the previous door leads basically in a negative cycle. So choosing the “ I can” door has nothing to do with how you feel it has to with what you want. It takes the same amount of energy to walk through either door it is the shift in your perception that tells you that even though you may still feel “ I can’t” does not restrict you from walking into the “ I can” program door! It is the power of repetition that wins the game now! The more times you walk through that door the stronger your energy will become. So let’s start at this beginning point… if you are struggling and you are tired of the negative cycle you have been in then here is your chance. When you wake up in the morning and you are getting ready no matter how you feel you choose to say “ I am walking through the I CAN door”. You may have to say this multiple times through out the day to ward off the negative brain training you have instilled. But, the power of repetition will break the cycle and when this happens you will immediately feel it and as your energy balances out with your vibration you will begin to experience things changing in your life. It will feel as though someone turned on a light inside your head. You will begin to attract opportunities and people to you that will help you on your path to achieve your goals and purpose. I am not saying this will be easy but, I will say this IT WILL WORK!
So let’s get spinning! Let’s become energetic powerhouses! You are a creationist participant in this moment and you have a Divine purpose to fulfill! No one said it would be easy but, no one can keep you from it except yourself!

I am not perfect and I have wandered much. I have learned most of what I know through experience, hard work and mistakes. Everyone learns in their own way it isn’t always about our choices. Sometimes there are many things out of our control. Either way we learn them. When you have your first child you can’t wait for so many things such as… the first step, the first word oh! How wonderful!!! Then as we have more children such as me which was 4. I will always remember that moment when I thought I don’t want to wish my child’s life away to fast anymore. I always wondered when was the last day I held them and what told me not to pick them up again because if I had known I would have held them until my arms couldn’t any longer. Life is our teacher no matter who we or where we are. If we live long enough we will gain wisdom and then wish for youth. They say ” youth is wasted on the young”, maybe it’s true from that perspective but, there is a time and season for everything. A time to appreciate even those things that are our precious memories. In the end it is as it should be the Creator does not make mistakes.

Isn’t it unusual that we arrive into the world and our first breath we breath is a cry. Obviously, it is due to the doctor making us cry to clear our lungs and breath. No one taught us to cry…. and yet out it comes! Our first experience in this world is painful, cold, disconnected and bright. We come from this dark, warm, safe place connected to our source listening to the beating of a drum and the sound of swishing blood. Think about that! Everyone came from that place!
So we cry and yet, we have to learn to laugh? We aren’t born with the ability to smile and laugh that takes time. We cry for food … We cry to have our diaper changed… We cry because we are tired…. Yet, we haven’t laughed once yet. Not even a real smile. Yet, we our intrigued with the smallest of things. Content to be held. Longing for what was lost. You ever get into a bathtub go under warm water and you will hear your heart, the swishing of your blood and you are as about as close to how you felt or what you heard when you first became. I think there is a strong healing vibration in that sound. I think it is also quite uncanny that almost every culture uses the drum in some way… Beating of the drum. Beating of the heart. The power of our primordial beginning and we don’t even realize it. Smiling is an expression of something pleasant good and laughter is when our emotions release themselves just like crying. To be filled and overflowing is to know the power of true feeling. Whether it be happy or sad. Each has its own way of cleansing our soul. It is when we lack the ability to do either or find ourselves numb that we become disconnected. Think of laughter and crying as your body’s way of connecting and cleansing. We cannot cry forever or laugh forever. But, when it’s the crying time – CRY! When it’s the laughing time – laugh! Maybe you haven’t done either in a long time? Or maybe just laughing ? How different would you be if you could laugh everyday and yet, shed a tear everyday? It is these two expressions that our soul uses to keep us in balance. To raise our vibration and bring us to the place where we find our ” humanness” again. Today find your soul and let the mind take a backseat for a few minutes! It’s not the most talented that gets the award. There is a lot of talented people but it is the one who lays aside their fears and who steps out of the dark and into the light!
It’s not about how much weight you can lift that achieves greatness, it’s the one who never stops lifting that weight. It’s not the fastest that always wins the race, it is the one who never stops running. So don’t judge someone to quickly by what you see because achieving dreams is not about getting noticed, it’s about persevering against the odds, anyone can be “ great” for a day. It’s those who defy all logic, reason and even pain who leave a trail for others to follow in. That trail is easily marked by someone else’s blood, sweat and tears and anyone can begin at anytime but, one must always consider the commitment and cost.

Posting for a friend-
Today I lost my faith! I know – I know!!!! It seems almost impossible … I am not sure if I lost my faith in people or God – or both. But, I can honestly say I have never been here before! I always had faith….. but, today I do not! I pray that God has faith in me. There is a deep sadness in my soul that I cannot find one person, especially the one I would most hope for that would care enough to utter a few kind words to my soul. I am not weak so I must say for me to get to this place I must have followed someone through into a fire. Now I find myself alone in my silent resolve. I have felt the world had used me for all their desires… I have been a pawn used to make others grand. Now here I stand empty handed and empty hearted. A kind word a sweet embrace could have changed things so many times. It is as though you live among those who are so involved in their reflections that they cannot see the sky, the sun or the beauty of the world. Yet, you stand alone for whatever reason? Why would not someone throw crumbs at a starving soul? Who could determine where the end of the string is of your faith? Yes today I lost my faith….. I can only pray and hope in this feeble quietness that God can have faith in me.

TThis work is not for the weak hearted and how easily it is fooled! Like a Shakespeare play where one can coherce the crowd with pomp and circumstance! So who are the fools???? Are we not all fools in some degree? Oh to wake up every day and not have to convince oneself into life! What a miserable empty resurrection! Why not escape? Have I not spent my whole life trying to find the lock that fits this key I hold? The door to my emancipation? O’ I how I have walked through many doors! The invitations have unfolded before my eyes. But, where is the door that my key unlocks!!!! Yes, today I lost my faith! I have become to old, too late and it is to difficult, it appears that I have tumbled behind the dreams of yesterday. My only hope is to search for meaning to my life coming to the awakening of all my misleadings. Follow your dreams , I have heard! But, some dreams turn into nightmares untold! I watch people pass by and they appear so “ normal”. But, I know life is anything but normal. I am not fooled! For I was once normal”, Ha! So here I sit and I am imprisoned in my mind and paralyzed by my absence. Like a child in school during roll call, could someone please call my name? Wake me up! Breathe life back into my soul! So here I wait among fools and folly to know if God has faith in me!
